Just because Jennifer Aniston, Cher, Liv Tyler, Melanie Griffith, and Anne Hathaway are worth ka-jillions, that doesn't mean they should be scammed for tens of thousands of dollars. Especially not by their esthetician. Wednesday, the cops popped Chez Gabriella owner Maria Gabriella Perez after an investigation revealed that she'd bilked her clients for a collective assload of money. (Liv Tyler was hit hardest, for $214k).

And Lady Justice smiled beatifically upon the normally troubled Linday Lohan: Church dropped a lawsuit against her that alleged that she took a bunch of high-end merchandise without paying. (Shocker.) She ponied up the money in question -- and a generous and undisclosed additional sum -- and everything was A-OK.
