Paul Frank hasn't owned his namesake company for quite some time, but that company was just acquired by Saban Capital Group, part of the vast holdings of Haim Saban, the father of the Mighty Morhpin Power Rangers. Don't worry about Julius being retired: there are plans to revitalize him and raise his profile. We're not sure if this means the Paul Frank merch will be yanked from Target?or if Julius will get his own cartoon. [LA Times]
