Instead of "borrowing inspiration" from designers these days, Forever 21 has decided to actually borrow designers. On August 13 the fast-fashion retailer will debut a 12-piece collab with LA's own Brian Lichtenberg, featuring three men's and nine women's tees and tanks priced under $15. The designer predicts that the top seller will be the one shown to the right: a black tank with yellow caution tape that reads "Lichtenberg" and "No21." We'll wait to pass judgment until we see it in person. [WWD, sub req'd]
