LOS FELIZ—Happy is hosting a new art exhibit with work from Karen Frimkess Wolff and Carlos Ulloa. The work sounds intriguing: Ulloa's work is described as "fragmented, ghost-like hybrids as secrets, memories, nightmares, antagonists or good friends that imbed themselves in Happy’s project room."
