Easy, tiger: This isn't the blowout Fred Segal sale that ends with Christian Loboutins for $60 and fights erupting in the parking lot. We visited the Melrose location where two rooms of clothing in the Ron Herman unit was on sale. Our first thought was, Hmppph, no Alexander Wang Coco duffel bag for 50% off. But we started to dig through the sale and unearthed many fine bargains. Pleasure Doing Business bandage skirts for about $75. We didn't see any proper Alexander Wang, but we saw a few T tees and dresses. Lots of Free People and brands like Seneca Rising and Rory Beca, as well as stalwarts like Elizabeth and James and L'Agence. We found the funnest pair of skinny, butter-soft leather pants that were white with a gold sheen: $500. Great price, but we didn't imagine we'd get too much wear out of them, so we passed them up.
