There's a certain pleasure that comes from looking at clothes, up close and personal, in a showroom that you just never get from watching a runway show. Besides the absence of the whole "OMG, that model looks like a gazelle and she has no pores" thing, seeing clothes presented one-on-one is more intimate, allowing you to spend quality time with the garb. After getting the pleasure of seeing the Robert Rodriguez Fall/Winter and Holiday collections, as well as a few odds and ends from his Black Label and the expanded Robbi & Nikki line, we're pretty much ready to mortgage our future to acquire a bunch of these pieces. "Lovely" does not even begin to describe these collections. We've got a few pictures of our favorites -- choosing ten photos from the dozens of gorgeous items was no small task, but here you go. Pieces from the Fall line should be hitting stores in August.
