In addition to the behemoth H&M slated for a fall opening in the Forum Shops in Las Vegas, H&M stores are propagating like bunnies. An H&M at the Block of Orange is supposed to open tomorrow, and we just learned that an H&M will be classing up the Citadel Outlet just in time for your Holiday '10 shopping.
