The Trader Joe's people weren't jacking around: the new store did indeed open on Friday. We dropped by at about 2:30 Saturday afternoon—a time that would be bedlam at our normal Traders Joe's (WeHo and Silver Lake), and it was pretty close to deserted. The store is so big and clean inside! It's got everything you already know and love about Trader Joe's: a sampling booth, cheesy/funny wall art, people in Hawaiian shirts?no word about parking, though. [Curbed LA]
