We're all about supporting the home team here at Racked LA, so while we still love the big national designers, we like to spotlight some homegrown talent when we can. And right now we're loving the spring and summer 2010 lookbooks for Boulee, designed by LA-based Debbie Morad. The collection has flowing lines, great prints and shows a real attention to details. We actually like the cutouts and strappiness (it's a word because we say it is) of the back of most of the pieces. So if you wear anything from this line, we totally suggest entering every room backwards.
Right now, you can find Boulee on sale at Fred Segal and Diavolina. Celebrity fans include Kim Kardashian, Ashley Tisdale, Kelly Ripa, Jessica Stroup and Teri Hatcher, which puts anyone who wears Boulee in pretty mixed fashion company.
