While we're big fans of the DIY "little fashion show that could" vibe that characterized much of LAFW, we were delighted to receive an invite to view the ultra-luxe Lloyd Klein collection in his regal showroom. Hosted by Joan Collins. JOAN COLLINS!!! Klein showed a collection of Alexis Carrington-worthy gowns and dashing looks. The afternoon wouldn't have been complete without stunning, statement-making jewelry, provided by Angela Tassoni Newley. Despite the fact that we were positively flummoxed by the challenge of finding an outfit to wear to a couture event hosted by Joan Collins, all this glam was a welcome way to close out Fashion Week.
