DOWNTOWN—It's a big-kid winter formal, Two Point Oh! LA style. The first annual SnowBall is this Saturday, from 8pm to midnight. Bring your makeup bag, tear pictures out of magazines, and two of Rock Paper's expert glamorizers will teach you how to do the look you want, at home, with the makeup you already have.
