The whole "whose is bigger" deal between Forever 21 and H&M strikes us as being a little like the USA/USSR nuclear arms race. First Forever 21 goes supersize, then H&M ups the ante?finally, a massive new Forever 21 is opening at the Beverly Center, taking over the old movie theater space. A very well informed source tells us that it's going to be two stories, and this new mega F21 will roll all of the other F21 splinters -- Heritage 1981 and the accessories store by Bloomingdale's. Hot! The downside is that all of this goodness is running a little behind schedule, and it's not expected to open until April. [Racked Inbox, Brighamyen.com/]
