Rent the Runway is a pretty awesome concept for those times when you need an awesome dress for, say, a frenemy's wedding, and that's it. So when we heard they were having a clearance sale, we thought, "oh, sweet, incredibly deep discounts on previously worn clothing!" Uh, how about no. Prices are about what you'd expect on Rue La La or Hautelook, except these clothes are not only past-season and available in limited sizes, but they're also worn, and in some cases—like this $103 Halston dress—pulled or picked. And not only do you not get to see the damage before you buy, but all sales or final, so it's a total crapshoot whether you'll actually be happy you shelled out $100+ for this stuff. And just try not to think about OPP (Other People's Pitstains) while wearing your prize. [Racked Inbox]
