Holy buried ledes, Batman! We started checking out the renderings of the proposed DTLA Target at Curbed, and we were cracking up at the hypotheticalized tenant names: Zephora, Zare, Northstem Rack?and we find that a Nordstrom Rack really IS being courted for the court. Zara, too. The renderings show the unmistakable marquee of a Neiman Marcus Last Call; how dreamy would that be -- meaning, is it a pipedream to think that they're going to be able to lure that kind of retailer?
