Feeling good is as important as looking good. Just ask Christian Louboutin. The designer has just debuted a new shoe to benefit the Grameen Foundation an organization created by 2006 Nobel Prize laureate Muhammad Yunus, that coughs up the dough for loans for business start-ups to individuals in poverty stricken areas with little to no collateral. The limited-edition shoe is a signature Louboutin peep-toe platform crafted with a distinct color for each of the three cities that sell the shoe: champagne in New York, lavender in Miami and in Hollywood, pink. The shoes come with a whopping $1,495 price tag but considering that 100% of the proceeds go directly to the foundation, you can breathe easy knowing that you dropped more on a heel than say, a car payment.
