Last night we had a sneak-peek viewing of Decadestwo's first ever celebrity closet sale at Lisa Rinna's boutique, Belle Gray. The sale kicks off to the public today, and last night's private event was attended by Valley fashionistas and the "reverse bridge and tunnel" crowd -- fashion devotees who made the trek over the hill to sip champagne and try on and shop items from some of LA's biggest celebrity closets.
As Rachel Zoe's go-to luxury resale apparel shop, Decadestwo did not disappoint -- as many of you probably heard, the boutique was burgled earlier in the week, apparently by clueless thieves who left all of the Decadestwo merch in tact. Pieces which caught our eyes (and almost our wallets) included a pair of barely worn $390 camel-colored Christian Louboutins, a $770 gold-beaded Chloe mini dress, a striking blue Prada bag, and several dozen other well kept designer pieces, many still with the original Neiman Marcus or Barneys tags attached.
And like we've said before, we can't tell you the name of the celebrity whose closet was raided for these covetable items, but the hint we'll restate is, "She's a Twitter queen with a GHOST in the past..." She's bitty (but that didn't stop women of all shapes and sizes from trying to squeeze into the goods).
Either way, stop by for a chance to nab a great piece with an even more interesting past. The sale's going on right now until tomorrow: hours are 10am
to 6pm. 13812 Ventura Blvd., Sherman Oaks. (Text and photos by Kika Davis)
