A tipster asked us about it recently, and it was confirmed in an email we received over the weekend: A new Nordstrom Rack is opening at the Burbank Empire Center on October 21. For those of you in that weird part of Southern California that isn't exactly LA, Long Beach or Orange County, a Lakewood Nordstrom Rack is opening on October 14. (And yes, we know that Lakewood is technically LA). [Nordstrom]
