We'd been wondering what the haps was with NaturalMind, the beauty salon/art gallery that took over the old Video Market space: there was a period of months when nothing significant seemed to be happening with the construction. Alas, transcendence takes time. This weekend brought strong evidence that the space will open soon. Including "the first vertical garden in LA." Huh, we thought that was what ivy, or kudzo, was. Anyway, we called the number and were told that NaturalMind would open next week, on January 19.
