An LA Metblogger snapped a photo of this interesting signage at a storefront in Little Tokyo. The blogger didn't reveal exactly what business this is, but we're intrigued—not just because it's banned credit cards, but also because it doesn't appear to allow children or "boys". Our guess is an illegal waxing salon—any other ideas?
