Collabs: Opening Ceremony Partners With Keds For Capsule Collection

Opening Ceremony, the ultra chic retail chain with stores in New York and West Hollywood, recently collaborated with slip-on authority Keds to create a capsule collection that launched just last week. Now available at the West Hollywood location, the Keds/PRO-Keds x Opening Ceremony designs were said to be inspired by "America as a whole." The emphasis on appropriate fabric choice for the collection shows—featuring a variety of denim washes and various bandanna patterns. Says Opening Ceremony creative director Humberto Leon, "We're really excited about the way this collaboration came out. The shoes feel and read exactly the way we wanted–something that's both classic and cool." The Champions and PRO-Keds are now available in both men's and women's sizes.—Kelly Parsons
