Following on from its circus-themed debut, Forever 21 is going a more traditionally trendy route for the second installment of its Twist collection. "Twist of Punk" launches on September 16, taking its cues from familiar sources—the '80s and punk rock. Expect elements like safety pins, argyle plaids, and leopard spots, but don't expect them to stick around for long. Like all Twist collections, this one's limited-edition (well, as limited as it can be for an enormous international retailer), and will only be around for a month or so before the next theme takes its place.
