A tipster has kindly updated us on the retail situation at the new-ish Solair development at Wilshire and Western. And we quote: "Last week, Verizon Wireless became the first Solair retail store to open. It is in front of the subway portal. The next one to be completed is an HSBC bank branch on Western between 6th and Wilshire. All the others only have "Coming soon" banners but no work being done except for Edible Arrangements, which has its windows covered." Other future tenants include Aveda, a dry cleaner, and various restaurants. [RackedWire]
