Following on from the news of Some Odd Rubies' departure from LA, we learn that shop's last day will be this Saturday, September 5—not at the end of the month, as Blackburn and Sweetzer was told last week. The good news: if you're in the market for vintage furniture, art, mirrors, or even hangers, the shop will be selling off all its fixtures next Sunday and Monday. The bad news: no discount on the reworked vintage garb that fills said hangers, which will presumably all be shipped to the New York store.
