Blogdowntown reports that the Regent Theater in Downtown LA is being transformed into a three-day pop-up shop for Jack White's Third Man Records. The White Stripes frontman will kick off the proceedings on Wednesday at noon, via a free performance with his band The Dead Weather—according to the blog, "Admission to the show will be on a first-come, first-served basis, so expect to see a line-up on Main street Wednesday morning." Then, through Friday, the space will sell merchandise from White's three bands (The White Stripes, The Dead Weather, and The Raconteurs). This reportedly follows on from a two-day pop-up in New York earlier this year. [Blogdowntown]
