This is a new one—Culver City-based shoemaker Charles David is recalling 3,200 pairs of shoes sold in California Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack stores due to a faulty heel. The LA Times reports one customer received "minor bruising" after her stiletto heel detached from the rest of her shoe.
