When antique furnishings e-tailer 1stdibs.com decided to start selling vintage fashion, most of LA's most venerable shops quickly jumped on board. But notably missing from the list of partners—which includes The Way We Wore, The Paper Bag Princess, and Resurrection—was Decades. The Chic Leak quizzed co-owner Cameron Silver about the reasons behind the omission, to which he replied "I think vintage is becoming too ubiquitous and want Decades to remain exclusive and still feel like a special discovery...We've had our blog since 2006, which is a phenomenally successful selling tool that doesn't require an advertising fee."
