Via the InBox, comes news that developer CIM has not, repeat has not, found a tenant for the former Sunset Boulevard Circuit City property. Last month, we spoke with the real estate agent repping the project and were told that indeed a tenant had been found. Via a tipster who is working with the company: "CIM does own the property but they do not currently have a tenant signed for it. It is currently on the market for Lease or Sale." [Racked LA InBox]
