In other baby news, Franklin Avenue bringsword of a new children's clothing outlet in Eagle Rock, dedicated to overstock from local label Kumquat Baby. "That short stretch of Eagle Rock is possibly the most toddler-friendly location in town," says the blog, referring to the intersection of Colorado and Eagle Rock Boulevards. "After all, there's Swork Coffee (with its kids play area) at the corner, as well as kids stores Twerps and Rockin' Kids (which also has a small play area) close by.
