What does Karl Lagerfeld have to say now about Heidi Klum's fashion cred? She's got a Barbie just like he does, and unlike Karl's, hers will actually be offered for sale in September.

As part of their new "Blonde Ambition" collection, Mattel is fashioning Barbie in the likeness of famous blonde women in fashion and entertainment, and Heidi?despite her pregnancy?has been as involved in this doll as Kimora Lee Simmons was in hers (which is to say a lot).

But while Heidi Barbie shimmies around in her sequined mini-dress during the day, at night she's pulling out her little black dress to support Bulgari's involvement in the "Save the Children" charity. Modeling their $555 charity ring along with other celebrities, Barbie is represented in a more mature light. Bulgari didn't ask Karl to do that, now did they?
