MELROSE AVE—The Melrose Trading Post has a lot of things, but it doesn't have free haircuts. For those, you'll have to head across the street to De La Barracuda (7769 Melrose Ave), where stylists from the Barracuda salon will be giving gratis cuts from 12pm-6pm this Sunday. Oh, and did we mention you'll also be able to buy things from designers like Han Cholo, Boos & Besito, Rojas, Birds of a Feather and lots more, with prices starting at $1? LARCHMONT BLVD—Our favorite Larchmont boutique, Noni (225 N Larchmont Blvd), is turning its walls over to a group art exhibition. Ten artists have interpreted the theme of "summer love," and the results of their efforts will be unveiled on Saturday. As Flavorpill puts it, "Together, the unique perspectives provide a comprehensive illustration of what happens when the strongest of human emotions meets the hottest season of the year." HOLLYWOOD—Lastly, Scout is hosting a boutique-warming party in celebration of its move to Hollywood (1646 N. Cherokee). The invite promises "drinks, delicious treats, miracles and best friends," which sort of sounds like the best party ever.
