Realtor Brigham Yen has tipped us off to the fact that Pampa Furniture will soon be opening a fourth LA-area outpost on Pasadena's South Lake Avenue. Per his blog: "According to pictures on their website, the furniture store may generate some excitement and buzz for local home dwellers in search of modern and contemporary designs...South Lake Avenue is starting to see a slight influx of retailers catering to home design and wares. I think having new businesses open will help attract shoppers and give other retailers confidence in a new South Lake Avenue." [Brigham Yen]
