What's a screenwriter to do when she's ready to enter the next phase of her career? Obviously, you'd make like Stacey Ray and open a shop on the Sunset Strip. Fashion Rules! reports that the Upstairs Boutique, located "near the Gil Turner liquor store", will be opening this evening with a vast array of premium denim, luxury loungewear, Haviana flip-flops and jewelry from the likes of Cynthia Wolff and Shrake.
