The Promenade in the Westfield Santa Anita mall opens today in Arcadia with festivities including fashion shows and prizes continuing through the weekend. The project cost $125 million, covers 1115 square feet of space, and "features 30 new stores and restaurants including Banana Republic, Coach and Talbots." [LAT]
