Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
On Monday, we posted a full photogallery of Gap's Design Editions collaboration with Alexander Wang, Vena Cava and Albertus Swanepoel, which is slated to hit stores June 16th.
Today, the very same tipster who furnished us with all those beautiful photos has sent along pricing info. We'll address Wang first. The buzzed-about motorcycle jacket, pictured above, is going to set you back $94. The long trench is also $94, the shorts are $54, and the slouchy chino is $74.50.
Vena Cava is similarly priced. Both the short-sleeved dress and the print dress with the exposed zipper are $94, the khakis are 74.50. The cheapest items are Albertus Swanepoel's toppers, which all retail for $44.50.
Our informant also relays that a print campaign featuring black & whites of the designers and models decked out in their clothing (Raquel Zimmerman, Anna J, Arlenis and Coco Rocha) is in the works. No word yet as to when those images will leak, but when they do, we'll post them.
