New York-based boutique Zachary's Smile is the rare store that does equally well with both an in-house label and a vintage collection. They've also hit on a nice middle ground with their Remake Remodel line, which, as the name implies, re-makes vintage clothing into new shapes and forms. Why does this matter to people in LA? Because the mini-chain just launched a third location at 4014 Santa Monica Boulevard at Sunset Junction in Silver Lake. The shop will hold an opening party May 17th with a DJ and free booze, but you don't have to wait until then: They soft-opened a couple days months ago.
