For the first time ever, the CFDA, which gives out the fashion industry's version of the Oscars, is including mere fashion observers in its award-giving process. Head over to WWD's poll to vote for the best designer of 2009 out of a four-page-long list. The winner will be announced at the CFDA awards ceremony on June 15th.
