The new H&M at the Westside Pavilion opens in about two weeks, on June 11. Now, we don't anticipate quite the degree of opening-day chaos that's currently accompanying the opening of New York's latest branch of the Swedish retailer, where people started lining up outside at 6:30 this morning. But H&M is known for its opening day perks, and we're guessing at least a few mall rats will show up to get their hands on gift cards worth up to $100, which H&M will give to the first 100 comers.
