We've just received word from Heather Arndt, owner of Los Feliz boutique Happy, that the neighborhood's business owners are hosting a mixer at the Vista theater tonight. If the promise of meeting some of the city's most dedicated indie retailers isn't incentive enough, there are also set to be bands, snacks, drinks and a presumably amazing raffle prize.
