While Curbed recently checked out the $1.5 million condos at Solair, that new aqua-colored Koreatown condo complex at Wilshire and Western, let's check out the retail component: Approximately 40,000 square feet of stores and shops, all spread out on two stories, will begin to open in the next couple of months. Not the sexiest tenants, no, but these stores are super service-friendly. List of who has signed leases after the jump.
