Fashion in LA is more laid-back and democratic than in New York, so it makes sense that the city would have more accessible runway shows. Tomorrow night at the Grove, anyone who's interested can watch a series of fashion shows from designers tied to Barneys. The lineup includes "Cynthia Vincent of Twelfth Street; Michelle Mason of Mason; John Whitledge, Jon Rose and Sara Mehrkhast of Trovata; Nony Tochterman of Petro Zillia; Jason Belick and Jamie Haller of ever, and Ali Fatourechi of Genetic Denim," according to WWD, which rather hilariously insists on referring to the mall as an "outdoor lifestyle center." The shows begin at 9pm, and Barneys will stay open afterwards so audience members can snap up their favorite looks.
