In the Window: Levitating Book Bags at Undesigned

During yesterday's tour de Los Feliz, we were stopped in our tracks by a display of floating books in the window of Undesigned by Carol Young. As it turns out, the pieces are actually bags crafted from real vintage book covers by Young's assistant, Alexandria See. According to Young, See also takes commissions using books of a client's choice, and can create anything from a portfolio-sized bag to a dainty clutch.
