All the Rage reports Karl Lagerfeld has designed two shoes for Repetto's spring lineup, the results of which are hitting stores today. The slick slippers—one heel, one flat—each come with a detachable 'tutu' that acts as an ankle strap, a feature the blog likens to a lampshade. You can find them at American Rag (150 S.
