Just in time for the launch of its new Brentwood boutique, Monocle has dedicated its April issue to retail, including a list of the editorial team's "Top 20 Retailers" from around the globe. LA's honoree? The James Perse boutique in Beverly Hills, "for its activewear range, laid back but attentive staff and indoor / outdoor interior."
