If news of an Ed Hardy pop-up doesn't warm your soul, then maybe you'll be more excited about another recent downtown arrival: Skin.Graft's showroom/boutique, which opened this weekend at 125 W. 4th Street. It turns out that the memorably-named LA label's fall collection of well-crafted leather gear and dramatic evening dresses, which so impressed us at Fashion Week, is the reason the store only just opened—it was planned for March, but then BoxEight got in the way. Blogdowntown stopped by but left empty-handed due to the prices, which make even a simple thing like a leather harness for your mounted deer head just a bit too far out of reach.
