Fashion photographer and former Dior Homme designer Hedi Slimane has a well-publicized crush on the city of Los Angeles—he even bought a home in Beverly Hills recently—so it makes sense that his latest photo exhibit features local artists. According to WWD, Slimane "assembled an impromptu studio at the Mandrake Bar" in Culver City's art gallery district, where he shot a black-and-white portraits of artists including the bar's owners, Justin Beal and Drew Heitzler. 19 of the photos appeared in British fashion mag Dazed & Confused, but you can see them all on Slimane's website.
