As we reported on Wednesday, unforseen circumstances forced the new Melrose Place Chloe boutique to delay its opening. WWD has unearthed a little more intel on the situation, which is apparently due to "several code violations requiring correction, including replacing a white handicapped decal in doorways with a blue one and modifying a door." A new opening date still hasn't been finalized, but the article says "store staffers now have their fingers crossed for a Saturday debut." We just hope they sort things out before April 1, when the state sales tax hike kicks in.
