Curbed reports a battle of the organic produce heating up at the Americana at Brand, where developer Rick Caruso wants to hold a weekend farmers' market. The problem: The Sunday Harvest market, in Montrose, worries that an Americana market would cut into their arugula sales. Per our cynical sister site: "Meanwhile, it looks like it's a 6.1 mile drive between the two markets. Aren't people lazy? Are they really going to be threatened by a market that that's far away?"
