Consolidations: Moss on Melrose to Move in with SLS Sister Store

A tipster notes that awesome, crazy design store Moss on Melrose Avenue has disappeared: "Yesterday I saw that the space was for lease. Today, I think it's been cleared out and the signage gone. Anyone know if they are just moving somewhere else?" Why, as a matter of fact, we do. Back in November, Moss opened a second LA location in the Bazaar at the SLS Hotel on La Cienega. That setting seems to attract more customers, so they're closing up the Melrose gallery and moving over some of the bigger items, like lighting, over to the SLS space. The odder, artier objects, however, are heading back to New York.
