Retail giant JCPenney is trying to distance itself from the unwashed, sweatpants-wearing masses and align itself with actual fashion-savvy shoppers. In 2010, not only will the department store exclusively carry Liz Claiborne and Olsenboye by the Olsen twins, but it will also add MNG by Mango.
