T-post does not necessarily publish articles about clothes, but it definitely still counts as a "fashion magazine" because the crazy thing publishes in a wearable format: Every "issue" is actually a T-shirt. The way it works is that the editors find a current, newsworthy topic—something a little off the beaten path—and write an article about it. Then they send the article to an artist who reinterprets it as a T-shirt graphic that becomes the "cover" of the issue, and the article text is printed inside. T-post says it is using "fashion and art to spread the word about things that are important to us and the world using one of the best pop culture mediums ever invented: The graphic T-shirt."
The current issue has an article on how in the midst of the economic crisis, Cuba is suffering from a shortage of toilet paper. Artist Stefan G. Bucher interprets the shortage, the romantic revolution ideal, and the graphic T-shirt itself by reconstructing the iconic Che image/shirt graphic out of dwindling rolls of toilet paper. The limited-edition T-shirts are approximately $28 per issue and available by subscription on the magazine's website.
